Darling Harbour is "one of the world's premier waterfront destinations", at least it is according to the preachy monorail PA system. Behind Dinosaur's head is a gold-striped brick building which happens to be our hotel. We had a very pleasant stay, although Dinosaur was a bit disappointed that the nearest Oporto was almost 8 minutes away. I have to say I agree. Especially after burning off most of my legs in the Bondi sun. I could barely walk, stand, oreven boogie board, yet every night I managed to hobble over to Oporto. Rarely did I manage to hobble back. But the sacrifice was worth it. Dinosaur agrees.
