It’s real, I swear. I’ve touched it and everything. It’s 232 pages and includes nine chapters that I wrote myself! (Please don’t let that dissuade you from buying a copy. I’m very ok at writing). It also includes forwards by art heroes Danielle Krysa (of The Jealous Curator fame) and Andrew Hosner (co-owner of Thinkspace Projects in Los Angeles) and a full catalog in the back of the 377 (!) paintings of astronauts I’ve completed as of the time of publishing. If you’ve ever wanted to know more about my work, about why I started painting astronauts, about the themes and movies and random people in my life that have inspired me over the years, you should really pick up a copy. I might be a bit biased, but it’s my favorite art book of the year. OK, I’m very biased. But you should get one anyways. Big thanks to Paragon books, Ken Harman, Spoke Art, and Shaun Roberts for all of their help making this thing happen.
